"I am the property superintendent of a 5 building complex in Greenwich, CT. The complex is a mix of corporate, retail, and residential space. The buildings range in age from 1876 to 1981.To say the least, this large property is challenging. Two years ago I tried Astacio Plumbing for the first time. At that time, I was impressed with the can do attitude of the 2 men who arrived on my property. I then started to use Astacio Plumbing for mostly minor repairs on my complex to test their abilities. As they impressed me, I kept expanding the scope of work I would have them do on the property. From simple to major repairs, every service call had the same professional outcome. From a simple toilet repair to a major boiler replacement, Astacio Plumbing continues to impress me. Old building or new they have shown the skills to tackle anything and everything.
However, it is the little things that make this company really stand out to me. Emergency response time has been outstanding. This has meant big savings to me in minimizing clean up costs. They show up on time for appointments (I hate waiting). Every employee has the customer first attitude. They clean up when they finish a job. They listen to me and offer options I had not thought of to help my property minimize costs. They follow up every job to make sure I was not just satisfied, but happy with their work. Their rates are the best I have seen in Fairfield County. And because they arrive ready to get the job done, I save even more. Everyone I have recommended Astacio Plumbing to has thanked me.
